Brooklyn Museum Garden

Butterflies are now welcome at the Brooklyn Museum!

Native plants are ready for prime time. Brooklyn has a new public garden for both people and pollinators.

When designer Brook Klausing was asked to rethink the front entrance of the Brooklyn Museum, he called in Rebecca McMackin to design the new garden.

We ripped out the lawn and filled the entrance with native wildflowers for bees, host plants for butterflies, seed heads for birds, and beauty for people. This is a brand new garden! More info coming soon.
